      The Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom invites Service Providers to a market dialogue to discuss various solutions as accessibility monitoring tools. Procurement and its schedule: Traficom monitors the accessibility of approximately 240 websites annually with an automated tool. Accessibility requirements are defined in the Act on the Provision of Digital Services. Traficom currently uses the SALVIA system developed for this purpose, which is based on the open source QUALWEB testing core. When the contract period ends at the end of 2026, we will map out the solution as a tool for monitoring work to check the accessibility of websites with an automated tool. The preparation of the procurement will start with this market dialogue. However, the actual preparation of the Invitation to Tender will only begin after this in autumn 2025. The Invitation to Tender is intended to be published in spring 2026. The goal is to have the new solution in use by the beginning of 2027 at the latest. Market Dialogue Process: In the market dialogue, the Service Provider has approximately 30 minutes to present their solution, after which there is 20 minutes for a joint discussion. All participants have the opportunity to comment or ask questions during the event. Registration and selection for the market dialogue: All interested companies can register for the market dialogue. We will select approximately 5 companies from those who have registered for the market dialogue. We will notify the selected companies by 18.6.2025. The discussions will be held in August via Teams at times to be separately agreed.
