The Agency for Improvement and Development (UKE) intends to extend its contract with Manag-E Nordic AS for the procurement of a service management tool for 6 months. The extension occurs on the basis that the ongoing procurement process does not enable the new system to be implemented before the current agreement expires. UKE considers that it is only the current contract supplier who can offer the municipality access to a service management tool that is integrated with the municipality's systems, and at the same time provides a seamless temporary continuation of the service management tool that the municipality currently uses, without the need for training and implementation activities.
