The aim of the procurement is to procure a new automation system for an analysis hall in the Laboratory Clinic at Haukeland University Hospital, as well as two free-standing instruments for clinical chemistry and immune chemistry and two free-standing haematology instruments to the laboratory at Voss Hospital. We are now publishing a hearing, requesting feedback on the entire tender documentation from the supplier market prior to the publication of the competition for Lot 1 and Lot 2. We strongly encourage relevant tenderers to use this opportunity to provide feedback before the competition is published. We would like feedback on whether the requirements are unreasonable, unclear or contain errors, and whether there are generally other conditions that are unclear or unreasonable in the requirement specifications, contract or annexes. Tenderers are asked to be particularly aware of the formulations of minimum requirements and contractual requirements, as a lack of fulfilment of these can lead to rejection. Tenderers are asked to look specifically at the requirement for solution proposals (Sub-area 1 - Annex 2 Requirement Specifications: Requirement M.4.4 in tab 4. General requirements) and what shall be included in the equipment etc. in the solution proposal. We would like feedback on all elements included in the solution proposal to be placed within the available area. Any comments on each requirement can be added directly to the two requirement specifications (Annex 2 - Requirement Specifications) in column G Tenderer ́s comment on the relevant requirement. Comments on the annexes and other comments can preferably be collected in a separate document. The documents are named based on which lot they are associated with. Documents without connection to a specific sub area are common for both sub areas. Deadline for feedback: 01.12.2025, 12:00. Please note that there can be changes in all competition documents before the competition is published and that any questions and input as a general rule will not be answered.
