Two new multi-purpose halls shall be established at Setermoen Leir. This is the first of several planned multi-purpose halls in Setermoen camp. These two multi-purpose halls plan the building against each other in one building. This is a purpose-built building for the Army's activities. The building shall be founded on sole foundations. Parts of the building ́s walls and covers are to be built in concrete, the rest will be built with light constructions with a supporting system in the glue wood and walls with timber-frame. External driving strong surfaces shall be established and technical infrastructure shall be delivered to the building. The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency has prepared an environmental follow-up plan, drawings and situation plan for the buildings that are attached to this invitation. The contract will be carried out as a turnkey contract in accordance with NS 8407.The buildings have a total gross area of approx. 4,500 m2. Work-up shall run strong surfaces connected to the halls. Technical infrastructure for the multi-purpose halls shall be established The project will be carried out with sharpened environmental requirements, with i.a. solar panels on roofs, NZeb energy level and environmental requirements connected to the actual execution, see MOP for detailed information. The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency has a high focus on good flow in the projects. We use philosophy, methodology and tools from Lean Construction, Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) and Systematic completion to achieve this. The project shall be carried out with requirements for systematic completion and digital interaction and BIM. The project has special security requirements.
