Linea AS hereby invites tenders for a framework agreement for Forest Clearing Services 2026–2029. The framework agreement shall cover the following types of felling: Annual planned total clearing of selected high-voltage overhead lines. Annual planned line clearing of a selection of low-voltage circuits. Corrective/incident-based clearing for high-voltage and low-voltage lines. The framework agreement is divided into two geographical zones, respectively Helgeland SOUTH and Helgeland NORTH. Tenderers may submit bids for one or both zones, as well as for planned clearing (1+2) and/or corrective clearing. The agreement shall have a duration of two years, with an option for extension for 1 + 1 year. The competition will be conducted as a negotiated procedure following prior publication. The procedure will therefore be carried out in two stages as follows: Stage 1: Qualification to submit a tender (this notice) Stage 2: Submission of tenders Please refer to the tender documents for a more detailed description of the procurement procedure.
