Kongsvinger municipality shall enter into a contract for the delivery of new chairs to the hall in Rådhus-Teateret R203. The procurement is for the replacement of existing chairs in the cinema hall, including delivery, assembly and any options connected to components and accessories. Rådhus-Teateret is a listed building from 1951 and the initiative shall be carried out as a part of an overall upgrade of the hall. It is decisive that the delivery safeguards both functional, technical, aesthetic and antiquarian considerations, as well as the prevailing requirements for safety, comfort, environment and fire.
