Potential operators are invited to dialogue meetings for the coming procurement of bus services in Kristiansand 2028. The aim of the dialogue meetings is to facilitate further dialogue with the market and obtain input for the draft of the tender documentation, so that the procurement can be designed in an appropriate manner within the current rules for public procurements. The tender documentation draft will be made available for interested tenderers 24.02.2026. The dialogue meetings will be held in accordance with basic principles on equal treatment, predictability and transparency in the public procurement regulations. The contracting authority will ensure that no tenderers are given competitive advantages through the dialogue. The dialogue will be held in Norwegian. Information of a general character that is in the dialogue meetings and which can be of importance for the competition, will be made available to all interested tenderers in a suitable manner. *Implementation of the dialogue meetings* Up to 90 minutes will be put aside for each dialogue meeting. The dialogue meetings will be held either in Kristiansand or at Gardermoen. *Kristiansand:* Tuesday 3 March between 09:30 and 15:30 *Gardermoen (Radisson Red) :* Wednesday 4 March between 12:00 and 16:00 Thursday 5 March between 09:00 and 13:00 Separate feedback will be sent out before the meetings and the dialogue will be based on this material. Tenderers wishing to participate are asked to register their interest by 20 February, and at the same time provide information on the requested location and date.
