Novari IKS plans to implement a competition for the EPJ for the public dental health service.
Background:
The public dental health service (hereafter called DOT) needs better interaction and information exchange with other parts of the health service; municipal health and welfare services, the specialist health service, as well as in a private dental health sector. All counties have a need for new systems. A joint project called DigiDOT (digitalisation of the public dental health service) has therefore been established and a cooperation with the Supplier Development Programme (LUP) has been established, where the tenderers now wish to continue with dialogue activities with the suppliers. The project group has prepared a goal picture as well as a procurement and competition strategy that will enable tenders to be submitted for one or several areas. The intention of this dialogue is to clarify the process connected to the EPJ system for the dental health service. At the same time a plan has been prepared for the procurements that shall be implemented in the extension of the dialogue. Both the goal picture and the plan for a dialogue and procurement process are incorporated into the presentation that is attached to this notice (Basic Document). Furthermore, NOVARI IKS has announced an open tender contest for assistance with the development of a new joint information storage system. Information on the tender contest can be re-enquired when it is available if required.
We would, thus, like feedback from relevant tenderers before the competition is announced through this RFI.
