The subject of this tender is the restoration of the masonry fabric, cleaning, and consolidation of the deteriorated masonry fabric, including stone replacement where necessary, the restoration of wooden apertures and the installation of new u-PVC apertures. Where painting is to be carried out it shall be carried out using environmentally friendly paint material.
