The procurement is divided into 2 lots. For Lot 1, the new construction of indigenous tree species mixed forest in four districts/counties in the project area has a construction area of 64 300 hectares and planting about 120 million seedlings. For Lot 2, The new construction of indigenous tree species mixed forest in four districts / counties in the project area has a construction area of 61,000 hectares and planting about 115 million seedlings.
The construction content for both lots (Lot 1 and Lot 2) include the supply of seedlings and fuel, cleaning of forest land, land preparation, planting, replanting, watering, tending and management for indigenous tree species of mixed forest.
Bidding for both lots (Lot 1 and Lot 2) will be conducted through Open procedures with publication on the OJEU (and the international and national press) with Single-Stage: One-Envelope (1S1E). The bidding is open to all bidders from Eligible Sources Countries as described in the Bidding Document.
