II.1.4) Trumpas aprašymas:

Department of Capital Construction and Roads Management of Sumy City Council on behalf of Sumy City Council intends to apply a part of financing of the Ukraine Municipal Infrastructure Programme (UMIP) for performance of the works and remedying defects therein in conformity in all respects with the provisions of the Contract that is a part of the Tender Document.
The works include comprehensive thermal modernisation of selected kindergartens, including implementation of defined energy efficiency measures. The scope of works will include up to 12 buildings located in different districts of the city in two lots of similar size. The construction works will be carried out under FIDIC Yellow Book contract conditions.
Tenders shall be prepared and submitted pursuant to the requirements, procedures and forms provided in the Tender Document available free of charge upon written request to the email address of the procuring entity indicated in Section I above.
