Suppliers are invited to qualify for Svenska kraftnät’s procurement of expert advisory and analytical support on electricity market design and quantitative analysis.
Note that this stage is a pre-qualification, not an invitation to Tender!
A more detailed description of the Tender will be presented in the procurement documents at the second stage, the tendering phase.
Applications shall be submitted in accordance with this Invitation for Pre-qualification.
The purpose of the Tender is to provide an effective framework agreement which ensures Svenska kraftnät’s continuous access to senior expertise related to electricity market design and the European electricity market regulations.
The framework agreement shall also enable availability of consultancy expertise in advanced data analytics and optimization methods, specifically applied in electricity markets and power system design.
