The subject of this tender is the provision of security services at the Ministry for Energy, Enterprise and Sustainable Development. The place of acceptance of the services shall be the Ministry for Energy, Enterprise and Sustainable Development. The time-limits for the execution of the contract shall be of thirty-six (36) months commencing within five (5) days from the date of the last signature on contract, and with the possibility to extend by a further two (2) periods of six (6) months each, at the discretion of the Contracting Authority and with the Contractor’s agreement, and at the same rates and conditions. The INCOTERM2020 applicable shall be Delivery Duty Paid (DDP).
