The Responsive Space Cluster Competence Center (RSC3) does research on satellite solutions to enable a fast, flexible and feasible restoration of lost space-based capabilities. Most of these attributes can be achieved best by micro satellites (<100kg). The most common standard in this regard is the so-called CubeSat standard, For this purpose, two 12Unit (12U) CubeSat flight models must be procured as research objects for Responsive Space Capabilities as described in the Specifications. The delivery date of 30th of January 2023 must be met for all components. The services described in the specifications must be completed with an effect on the accounts by 28th of February 2023.
