Dans le cadre d'un projet d'automatisation des travaux de chargement et déchargement des colis au sein des plateformes de tri colis, NEOLOG, filiale du groupe La Poste, souhaite acquérir un outil (software et hardware) permettant:
- la mesure morphologique des colis individuels entrant ou sortant des caisses-mobiles/ semi-remorques
- la caractérisation 3D du remplissage des caisses-mobiles/ semi-remorques
- l’aide à l’analyse et l’évaluation de la performance du remplissage manuel et automatisé du vracage et dévracage
La solution devra prendre en considération les contraintes techniques existantes (aménagement des sites, interfaces mécaniques, obstruction temporaire du champ de vision…) et traiter l’ensemble du spectre colis.
Le prestataire devra proposer les prestations associées suivantes : assistance hotline, formation, fourniture de pièces détachées.

Within the framework of a project of automation of loading and unloading of the parcels within the platforms of sorting parcels, NEOLOG, subsidiary of the group La Poste, wishes to acquire a tool (software and hardware) able to :
- the morphological measurement of the individual parcels entering or leaving the swap bodies/ semi-trailers
- the 3D characterization of the filling of the swap bodies/semi-trailers
- assistance in the analysis and evaluation of the performance of manual and automated filling of bulk and unpacking
The solution will have to take into account the existing technical constraints (site layout, mechanical interfaces, obstruction of the field of vision...) and deal with the whole spectrum of parcles.
The service provider will have to propose the following associated services: hotline assistance, training, supply of spare parts.
