Enterprise Ireland are seeking event audio-visual service providers to work closely with Enterprise Ireland’s Event Management and Marketing and Communications Department to manage a range of physical and virtual events held in Ireland. The intention is to establish a multi-party framework agreement. The successful framework members will be required to provide a range of Audio Visual and associated support services to include, but not limited to the following: AV equipment hire, advance project management, supervision and delivery, technical crew and all associated equipment and material hire for physical events; AV equipment hire, studio rental, project management/delivery, technical crew, all associated equipment, and material hire for virtual events; Physical events may require additional virtual elements (e.g., live streaming or other virtual engagement); Please refer to the Invitation to Tender document for the full specification of requirements.
