N(N)LE Open Net is implementing the State program on development of broadband, fiber-optic infrastructure in the country (Log-In Georgia Project), to increase access to affordable high speed, and to promote its use by individuals and enterprises, targeted rural settlements. Open Net is announcing a vacancy for consultancy “TO PREPARE TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION FOR OSS/BSS”.

N(N)LE Open Net aims to create OSS/BSS, which helps simplify and automatize operation and business processes at N(N)LE Open Net, such as network operation, inventory and ticketing systems, CRM, and other software or hardware solutions. The objectives of this assignment are to:

• Identify appropriate technical/hardware solutions needs for OSS/BSS of the network to achieve the required project objectives while ensuring cost-efficiency

• Identify implementation approach for deployment of the systems.

The contract duration will be 90 days (expected from 9Jan2023). The contract could be extended according to business needs
