The contracting authority would like to procure an electric excavator 8-T with the accompanying mobile charging station in a coming contest.

Before the procurement, the contracting authority would like to invite relevant suppliers of this type of equipment to respond to a market survey and participate in dialogue meetings. The aim of the market survey and the dialogue meetings is to prepare the market for the coming procurement, as well as obtain knowledge from the supplier market on what available technology is available in this area in order to achieve the best possible coverage of needs. Suppliers' responses to the attached market survey will be subject to further dialogue in the dialogue meetings.

There will also be a review in the dialogue meetings of the social qualification requirements that will be set in the coming contest, and what documentation will be required from suppliers under this point.
