II.1.4) Trumpas aprašymas:

The contracting authority invites tenderers to a call for tenders for a turnkey contract for Gudeberg and Råkollen school.
The project includes expansion of the buildings at Gudeberg school with an addition of approximately 3700 m2, which among other things shall contain new school premises for Råkollen school.
Areas in existing buildings will be converted to classrooms for an area of approximately 700 m2 that currently contains teachers' work stations. The existing area with changing rooms and toilets shall also be renovated.
For the outdoor areas, the schoolyard shall be upgraded and a new area for parking places shall be established.
Both schools are primary and comprehensive schools for the 1st to 10th year. Gudeberg school has approx. 420 pupils. Råkollen school is a reinforced training arena and provides a holistic special training service. The school has 50 pupils. Råkollen school is currently located in temporary premises in the former Nabbetorp school.
