Lillehammer, Øyer, Gausdal, Indre Østfold, Nesodden, Våler and Østre Toten Municipalities own the company Ikomm AS. Ikomm provides IT services for the owner municipalities and also assists the owner municipalities in IT related matters, including procurements and contract signing.
Lillehammer Municipality, Øyer Municipality, and Gausdal Municipality cooperate in a joint project with the goal of procuring: A more future orientated and cost efficient general case/archive system in 2023. Ikomm is assisting with this procurement.
Before the contest is prepared and announced, the municipalities are extending an invitation to a market dialogue in order to familiarise themselves with the supplier market and what strategies form the basis for the further development of future archive systems.
