NPE and Helseklage need a modern system for picture diagnostics. There will be a need for assistance with the implementation and subsequent support.
NPE and Helseklage need a system that appears to be separate between the entities. This can most likely be solved in several ways, depending on the build-up of the system.
One alternative can be to use two completely separate bodies. As both entities often need access to many of the same examinations, this method will naturally involve considerable double storage. If the system has good access control methods, a good alternative can be to use the same data stores. The system can then have an anonymous design profile that suits both entities.
The wanted alternative is a joint system where access to examinations can be controlled by one or both entities.
