The contest is for the delivery of digital teaching aids, a framework agreement for Arendal Municipality.
The contracting authority will enter into a contract with one tenderer. The contracting authority reserves the right to procure up to 5% of its total volume outside the framework agreement.
The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The need is uncertain. The contracting authority has previously procured for NOK 4 million excluding VAT per year in recent years. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.
Maximum value, including any options and expected price increases: NOK 22 million excluding VAT.
