Agder County ('the Contracting Authority') invites interested tenderers to submit tenders in a contest for the procurement of transport services by boat for two specific passenger groups in the route areas Tromøy and Hisøy in Agder County. The contracting authority would like to offer sixth form college students, who have had a transport application approved by AKT, boat transport between Tyholmen - Skilsø and Tyholmen - Kolbjørnsvik without any cost for the students. The contracting authority would like to offer children, youths and young adults (0-29 years), who have a valid period card for buses, boat transport between Tyholmen - Skilsø and Tyholmen - Kolbjørnsvik without extra cost for the person in question.
