Oslo Municipality, c/o Oslobygg KF hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for the procurement of a framework agreement for the care of green areas by health, welfare, cultural, and stand-by building.
The assignment is for the care of the properties' outside areas. The main services will be cutting grass, cutting edges, trimming bushes, and removing leaves on the ground in the autumn and spring. In addition the tenderer must carry out other specified additional services if required after an order has been place by the contracting authority. The procurement will see that the outside areas are taken care of and make them secure for tenants/users and the local environment. The assignment is detailed in Annex 1 Service Description - Care of Green Areas, Health, Welfare, Culture, and Stand-By.
