As state aid is only provided to areas that are not developed commercially, only existing or planned mobile network developments in the area are being surveyed.
Stakeholders that have already developed – or have plans to develop – such mobile coverage in all or parts of the areas stated above are requested to report this to: svend.hoff.johnstad@abakus.as by 3 March 2023. 
For stakeholders who do not already have a network in the area but who plan to expand in the next three years, plans must be concrete and approved by management of the individual stakeholders.
