Felles innkjøpskontor (FIK) intends to hold a contest for a framework agreement for coffee machines and water coolers on behalf of Frogn, Nesodden, Vestby, and Ås Municipalities, and therefore extends an invitation with this request for information (RFI) to a market dialogue.

The aim of the market dialogue is to get a better insight of the possibilities that exist in the market for the hire of coffee machines and water coolers before a planned procurement, and thereby ensure that the municipalities get a good solution for access to coffee and water. A further goal of the market dialogue is to uncover and correct any uncertainties in the tender documentation.

Suppliers are invited to submit written input on the attached questions and provision tender documentation and accompanying annexes. FIK emphasises that the documents are only to be regarded as a preliminary draft for the tender contest.
