Trondheim Municipality needs to register the condition of and have a maintenance planning system for roads, and foot/cycle paths.

We need the equivalent of a RMMS: Road Maintenance Management System that can be connected to the general maintenance planning.

Tenderers are required to offer personnel from all the trade disciplines required to deliver complete projects either through their company or through sub-suppliers.

The supplier of RoSy road maintenance system provides a complete service, in which a module for the maintenance of asphalt and is well-integrated. This system includes systematic road maintenance software with automatic calculations of asphalt breakdown and calculating the cost-benefit value of measures, consultancy, registering of road conditions and providing good up-to-date reports and overview maps. The contracting authority, c/o Trondheim Municipality, Urban Operations, believes that other suppliers in the market do not offer such breakdown calculations.
