II.1.4) Trumpas aprašymas:
Stavanger Municipality is announcing a permit scheme for the hire of a small electric vehicle for the period 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2025. Permits will be given to up to three lessors in accordance with the regulations on the hire of small electric vehicles on public ground in Stavanger Municipality.
We ask that applicants familiarise themselves with the terms in the regulations. The approved regulations and the protocol from the presentation of the case are attached under the documents tab in Mercell.
In order to get a permit, applicants must fulfil the minimum requirements in the regulations § 7 a-d. If more than three applicants fulfil these requirements, the municipality will make a selection in accordance with the regulations § 7, second section. The criteria are detailed below.
The application must be received by Stavanger Municipality on 15 March 2023 at the latest. Applications that arrive after the deadline expires will not be considered. Applicants carry the risk of their application being delivered in time.
