Nordland County hereby invites tenderers to a contest for a consultant for toll money proposition.
In line with priorities in the Regional Transport Plan, Nordland County and Meløy Municipality proposes a general development of county road 17 from Ørnes to Glomfjord.
The project consists of landslide protection on the stretch Glombergan - Setvikdalen, and tunnels from Spildra - Eidbukt, and Neverdalen - Selstad.
In autumn 2022 Meløy Municipality ratified its previous principle resolution on toll money financing for county road 17 through the municipality. Nordland County Council has also adopted a principle resolution on toll money financing for a joint project. A project that is partially financed through toll money must be discussed in the municipality, county, and the Norwegian Parliament.
Nordland County needs a consultant for formulating the toll money proposition.
