AVIT Media Software services for the Mary Robinson Centre, Ballina, Co. Mayo, Ireland on behalf of Mayo County Council. The Centre will explore the key themes and issues surrounding Mary Robinson’s legacy as an influential world leader from the West of Ireland.
Mary Robinson’s extensive personal archive and memorabilia, gifted to the University of Galway, will be displayed in exhibitions and study rooms, making this important collection accessible via digitisation.
The scope of AVIT services details the required media design that will be incorporated in the final fit out of the Centre and service requirements as outlined in the Request for Tender documentation. This is an open tender competition incorporating a Compliance and Selection Criteria (Stage 1) and Contract Award Evaluation (Stage 2, M.E.A.T based on Quality / Price criterion). Completed tender submissions must be returned electronically via eTenders on or before 5.00pm Friday the 21st April 2023.
