The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, Office for Vehicle Registration, requests tenders for a framework agreement for the delivery of number plates for vehicles. The agreement shall include production and distribution of number plates for vehicles.
The volume is dependent on the sales of vehicles and requirements the authority always put on number plates. The average production volume over the last 4 years is 692,011 number plates per year. Production is assumed to remain at the same level in coming years, but this is subject to both a decrease and an increase.
The purpose of the procurement is to cover the need for number plates in the Norwegian market and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
