Stavanger municipality intends to enter into a contract with the local swimming clubs via the Norwegian Swimming Association for swimming education for students in 2nd and 4th years.
The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract without a prior contest as there is only considered to be one existing supplier, the Norwegian Swimming Association, in the market that can deliver a service that fulfils the requirements and needs of the contracting authority, cf. the PPR § 21-5.
The contract has a duration of 4 years and the estimated value of the contract is NOK 20,000,000 excluding VAT.
The waiting period is 10 days from when this voluntary ex-ante transparency notice is published. The contract will be signed when the waiting period expires.
