II.1.4) Trumpas aprašymas:

The tenderer will provide annual service on all materiel delivered from Norbit Aptomar, including software, firmware, hardware, as well as interfaces and functionality to third party equipment such as oil radar, drones, MBR, other sensors, etc. Annual service will take place on board all vessels included in the emergency pollution response, such as these on-board components, as well as verification via internet per quarter. The tenderer must also be able to provide a mid-life upgrade to extend the lifetime of the materiel. The tenderer must also offer a secure online service portal for materiel and service status.
The on-board systems are to be considered non-standard (Proprietary) and only the tenderer will be able to provide the necessary comprehensive service on the systems.
