We would like to enter into a framework agreement for 2 years with an option to extend the agreement by 1 + 1 year with Bikely AS for the purchase of lockable containers for bicycle parking in Stavanger municipality. Before the option for the third year is exercised, the municipality will carry out a new assessment of the market with regard to possible competitive tendering.
Various bicycle container systems will be procured, which will be mobile, battery-powered and can therefore be established and operated without a power connection, cable work and digging. Operated via configurable software (an app) for the user via a cloud system, is GDPR-compliant and where software updates are continuously updated to meet future needs and technological trends. Made of particularly weather-resistant material and therefore adapted to the Norwegian climate.
To our knowledge, there is only one possible tenderer of bicycle containers that fulfils the characteristics we require. The contracting authority therefore intends to procure the bicycle containers directly from Bikely AS.
