The contest, i.e. the renewed contest, concerns the construction of a multi-storey car park and student housing in Røverdalen in the centre of Gjøvik. The tender contest will be carried out as a contest with negotiations after a prior qualification process.
The scope of the contract, is in short, that student housing will be built in two buildings in Røverdalen at Gjøvik. The student housing buildings will be erected on top of a new multi-storey car park, which is structured to facilitate the two student houses. The student housing is divided into two buildings with nine floors of housing.
