Description
On behalf of several agencies, the Norwegian Defence Logistics Organisation will be holding a tender contest for a framework agreement for broadband services, IP telephony and TV services. To this end, we would like to hold dialogue conferences before the call for tenders to ensure good and up-to-date knowledge of the market and what would impact good coverage of the need. By holding a dialogue with the market, we can gain valuable information about what needs can be met now and in the long term.
As part of our work, we would like feedback on the basis for the requirements specification and input on new systems and functionalities that would meet our needs. Tenderers in the market have the opportunity to request one-to-one meetings at one of the scheduled times or to submit their feedback in writing within three weeks of publication.
Scope
The framework agreement will deliver broadband and TV services to the Defence Sector. The framework agreement has a total estimated value of NOK 200 million. The framework agreement will run for 4 years.
