The contracting authority needs to procure operation and support services related to the charging of electric vehicles. The vehicle fleet is undergoing a rapid transition to battery power. To meet growing needs, the contracting authority needs a professional operating partner and an agreement that can be scaled in line with needs and technological developments in the years to come.
The contracting authority would like to enter into an agreement with a turnkey contractor of operation and support services related to electric vehicle charging.
The contest is being held in two stages: prequalification and a tendering phase.
The contracting authority for this procurement is Bergen Municipality, c/o the Agency for Urban Environment.
