Bergen municipality shall call for tenders regarding a framework agreement for round-the-clock respite services aimed at children and youth in need of long-term and complex services in the mental health field. We are considering entering into agreements with multiple tenderers. The contracting authority wishes to carry out dialogues with potential suppliers prior to the publication of the tender contest.

We ask interested parties to register their interest. Bergen municipality will then contact the interested parties and arrange one-on-one meetings with them. We plan to arrange the meetings on Thursday and Friday in week 38.

Please note that interested parties who are unable to attend the meetings will not lose the right to submit tenders in the event of a tender contest.
