The purpose of the procurement is to procure brokerage and facilitation services for the disposal of and advice on the disposal of development properties. Møre og Romsdal Hospital Trust will discontinue and move the activities that currently take place at the hospital properties at Lundavang to the new hospital at Hjelset.
Operations at the current Molde Hospital are scheduled to be transferred to the new hospital at Hjelset in spring 2025, but this may take longer.
The tender contest is initiated with a qualification phase. Only tenderers who fulfil the qualification requirements and who have been invited, will be able to submit a tender. See the attached contest provisions and documents for further information on the procurement and the procedure.
