The report "Strengthening digital robustness in the municipal sector" describes several measures to increase digital robustness in the municipal sector. The report recommends 16 measures to increase resilience in the municipal sector. Measure 7 in the report deals with the need to draw up common municipal requirements in the areas of information security, digital preparedness and privacy, both for external suppliers and for the own organisation. KS wishes to enter into an agreement with one supplier for assistance in preparing specific and operational security requirements within procurement, management and secure operation throughout the life cycle of the IT service. An offer will be made for two specialist resources within information security, one of whom will also act as project manager, full-time for a period of 4 months, with the option of extension for up to a further 2 months. Desired start 2.10.23, desired workplace at KS in Oslo.
