This is an invitation to a contest for a turnkey contract for the construction of a new day activity centre. The procurement concerns the construction of a new day activity centre for adult mentally disabled persons at Helgerødveien 109 in Sandefjord Municipality. The procurement is for the construction (approx. 4300m2 - gross), alteration of surface water pipelines and stream opening, lime stabilisation, landscape work, and the establishment of a new foot and cycle path.
The project has high environment ambitions and will be Breeam certified at Excellent level.
