II.1.4) Trumpas aprašymas:

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Norad, Norec and the Ministry of Climate and Environment need access to specialised auditing services and Forensic Audit in cases where there are suspected to be financial fraud related to the use of grants, especially in aid projects.
Two parallel framework agreements have been entered into, where the call-offs will be distributed in accordance with the "waterfall method". The framework agreements will have a duration of 2 years, and the contracting authority will have an option to extend the agreements for a further 2 years. The estimated value of the procurement over the maximum contract period of four years is from NOK 8 million excluding VAT to NOK 15 million excluding VAT.
