The need for Mobile telecommunications services for EUAA staff in Cyprus persists, given the increase of the activities related to Asylum Operations and based on the signature of the Seat Agreement between the Agency and the Republic of Cyprus followed by the establishment of the Operating Plan for 2022-2024 (expected renewal). Currently, the mobile telecommunication services are provided by Cyprus Telecommunication Authority (CYTA) via the Framework contract no. EASO/2020/809, signed on 26/01/2021. The Framework Contract will expire on 25/01/2025, thus, to ensure business continuity for the EUAA staff in Cyprus, a new procurement procedure is envisaged with the aim to conclude a new Framework Contract for another maximum 48 months (including renewals).
