This concerns the market consultation for Schiphol Nederland B.V. (SNBV), in preparation of the tender for the concessions for the Regulated Ground handling Model (RGM).  To contribute to an improvement of the ground handling situation SNBV, the Minister of Infrastructure and Water Management (I&W) decided to limit the number of providers for ground handling services at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol in the category's baggage handling and ramp handling to three concession holders. Details about the limitation are captured in the decision of the Minister I&W, nr. IENW/BSK-2024/69679 April 30, 2024. Following the decision by I&W, SNBV is preparing to tender three concessions for ramp- and baggagehandling combined. This market consultation contains a questionnaire setting out selected topics and an overview of intended requrements to better understand the perspective of groundhandlers, airlines and labour unions. SNBV would like to involve input from these parties. The information gathered through the market consultation will be used for further decision-making regarding and the implementation of the tender. The desired information focuses on feedback on the eleboration of the ambitions of SNBV. With this market consultation, SNBV follows I&W's decision to consult users and providers of ground handling services about the selection criteria for the tender.
