The aim of the initiatives is to ensure that participants get to work or possibly start school/complete their education. Target requirement: Job club for youths: At least 70% of the participants shall, after the completion of the initiative, be communicated to ordinary work or school and education. If tenders for work or education are not possible, the tenderer shall facilitate participants to be offered another work orientated measure assessed and approved by the supervisor at NAV. Job club for minority language speakers: At least 70% of the participants shall, after the completion of the measures, be communicated to ordinary work. If the tender for work is not possible, the tenderer shall facilitate for participants to be offered other work-oriented measures assessed and approved by the supervisor at NAV.
