    II.1.4) Trumpas aprašymas:

      The Consulate General (CG) of Ireland for Florida, the South East United States and the Caribbean was opened in Miami in 2022 as part of the Global Ireland initiative to double the impact of Ireland’s global footprint. The CG is currently located in temporary premises in the Citi Building in Miami and intends to move to a permanent space in the same building when the space is fitted out. This will require a fit-out, requiring a mid to high quality design solution in line with a modern European Representation and the mandate of the CG to represent Ireland and build the economic, political, educational and cultural work ties between Ireland, Florida and the South East United States and the Caribbean as well as engagement with the large Irish communities in the region. A Project Management company is now required to assist the CG in the management of the fit-out project from procurement of the design team and the design of the space to the procurement of a building contractor resulting in the delivery a completed office space. The successfully appointed Project Manager and Cost Control Manager will be required to coordinate and project manage the complete design and procurement of the building works from inception, planning and construction to completion and handover of the project. They will be required to administer and coordinate all works contracts on behalf of the Contracting Authority within agreed budgets and to certify that the works are completed in full compliance with the design and all statutory obligations as they apply. IMPORTANT: The Department will provide the full suite of tender documents to Tenderers on receipt of a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), which is also attached. The completed NDA must be sent to the Department by email to consultant.tenders@dfa.ie.
