Group life insurance for employees in Bergen municipality. The insurance shall cover the municipality ́s liability in relation to the Main Agreement chapter 1, § 10. The contracting authority shall otherwise deal with the insurance law (law and regulations). Regardless of whether the right to insurance coverage after the tariff agreement is fulfilled or not, the following groups shall also be covered by the insurance: City Councilers, Mayor and Political AdvisersThe people elected (city council) with positions that have acquired as the main employment, cf. came. law. § 8-9Til sammen this makes up approx. 39 persons and is incorporated in the number material, 22,095 persons covered by the insurance scheme. These are divided between 17863.52 man-labour years (see annex 1).
