II.1.4) Trumpas aprašymas:

The contract aims to support key Ukrainian institutions in charge of Ukraine’s European Integration policy – the Government Office for Coordination of European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, the Office of the Vice-Prime Minister for European Integration and the Parliamentary Committee on Ukraine’s integration into the EU – in designing and implementing key reforms stemming from the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement, as well as from Ukraine’s commitments under the EU accession process, following EU leaders decision to open accession negotiations with Ukraine in December 2023. The contract will cover expert support related to accession process management and relevant institutional adjustments, legal analysis of Ukrainian legislation and bills in terms of their compliance with EU acquis, translation of EU acquis into Ukrainian, as well as relevant Ukrainian legislation and policy documents into English, development and implementation of communication activities linked to Ukraine’s accession process, targeted capacity building activities for key project stakeholders.
