This prior information notice will be sent out to make the market and potential tenderers aware of the coming competition for a concession contract for rock extraction at Solgård Avfallsplass. The contract will last for several years and the area where rock is removed shall later be used for depositing MOVAR. It is a prerequisite that the value of the mountain/rock exceeds the costs the contractor has with the contract, and that the contract therefore assumes that it is the contractor who shall pay MOVAR money for the right to take out the rock, and not the other way around. The competition is planned to be announced in autumn/winter 2024, but this may change.
