Helse Sør-Øst RHF ́s project organisation (HSØ PO) invites tenderers to a market dialogue in connection with the coming procurement for internal work in building D (the somatic building) at New Aker as well as buildings J and building M/N at nye Rikshospitalet.The aim of the market dialogue is to inform about planned procurements in both projects with a focus on constructional contracts for internal work. HSØ PO invites the market to provide input on how the contracts can be implemented to ensure that the new hospitals can be built in accordance with the projects ́ objectives. We would therefore like input and dialogue with the market on how we can design the contract model so that it facilitates good cooperation and focus on task solving. We believe that a contract model with balanced risk distribution between the parties can help create a good result that both the contracting authority, contractor and not least Oslo University Hospital can be proud of when the hospitals will accept patients in autumn 2031.
